Three-Round Approach for UPSC CSE 2027
1. Basic Round
The Basic Round begins on 20th July 2026 with Polity & Constitution and focuses on building strong conceptual foundations through sectional and revision-based tests.
2. Intermediate Round
The Intermediate Round strengthens application, revision discipline and subject-wise consolidation through advanced sectional and full-syllabus tests. It begins from the later part of the schedule after the Basic Round.
3. Full-Syllabus Simulation Round
The final stage consists of full-syllabus Prelims tests, Current Affairs tests and CSAT tests. These full weekly syllabus tests are designed to mimic the UPSC Prelims exam environment and help students improve accuracy, speed, attempt strategy and exam temperament.
