We offer a refund only if request is raised within 7 days of the purchase of the course and if the services (tests / classes ) are not availed.
Refund request will be accepted only if for any of the reasons, payment was made more than once for the same course.
Under no other circumstance we refund or cancel the course if the request is not made within 7 days of the purchase of the course.
To request for a refund, you need to send a mail to support@insightsias.com stating the reason for the refund/ cancellation request raised.
